Use Library Computers
Library patrons may use the public computers. The Internet can be accessed using Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) or Mozilla Firefox Browser.
The following software is also available on the public computers:
- Microsoft Word 2010
- Microsoft Access 2010
- Microsoft Excel 2010
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2010
- Microsoft Publisher 2010
A public scanner is available on 1 Internet computer.
Patrons may use CDs and flash drives on the library computers and access sound files by bringing their own headphones. CDs and 2GB flash drives are available to the public for purchase.
CD's are $1 and 2GB flash drives are $10.
Patrons may print items for $.25 per page for black and white copies, and $.50 per page for color copies. Patrons are responsible for paying for all printed pages, even mistakes. Always use the Print Preview feature to view items before printing to avoid unnecessary pages and paying extra charges for mistakes.
Patrons should always Restart a public computer after finishing their work. This erases any personal information from the computer's memory and helps protect privacy.
